Kay Mac Rentals is family-owned company founded and established by Keeosha Smith in 2017. Keeosha founded KMR while in pursuit of her own journey to find a place to call home. Since, she renovates and builds each home with the comfort of the tenant in mind. It is now her mission to leave a profound legacy to her three daughters. A legacy of not just wealth, but a legacy of great character and persistent faith!

KMR owns over twenty affordable rental homes and apartments within the Hattiesburg and Meridian area. Each of our homes are stamped with a custom red door, our signature stamp, which symbolizes prosperity.

RENTAL CRITERIA

Rental Application – $55 Non-Refundable Fee (Eviction Screening, Credit Screening, Criminal Background Screening)
Income Verification- Income Verification applicants must verify three times the amount of rent for verifiable income.
No Evictions within that last 5 years
No Violent or Sexual Crimes within last 5 years
If Credit Scores are Lower than Our Requirement: Enroll in Our Credit Improvement Program to become Eligible to Rent from Our Company.

Kay Mac Rentals offers quality and affordable rental homes and apartments to families with dynamic backgrounds. Housing Vouchers and Cash Paying Applicants are welcome to submit a rental application by clicking the button below. A $55 application fee will be used to pull the following reports: Eviction Screening, Credit Screening, Criminal Screening.

Applications are held on file for 45 days. No need to submit another application fee if you have already applied for one of our homes within 45 days: applications are transferable to either of our properties.

Ideal for individuals that have derogatory marks and unpaid accounts causing scores to be significantly low. The course provides step by step assistance to restore personal credit at your own pace.

This course includes strategy calls with a personal credit coach for guidance and accountability. If you would like to learn strategies and solutions to correct all negative items on your credit report this service is recommended for you.
